Victor Corral

As a “service designer for design teams,” I build and lead design organizations that are fun, inclusive, effective, and put people first. I enable designers to do their best work and grow as leaders by creating and improving processes, systems, tools, and optimizing cross-functional collaborations. I also serve as a strategic partner to Heads of Design to implement their vision.

Kind words from people I’ve worked with

He helped me become a better leader, communicator and partner. I would happily work with him again and enthusiastically recommend him for any design team!

Shannan H.

Whether it was a strategy project exploring the future of data-driven banking experiences, or leading a growing team of designers and researchers through organizational change and uncertainty, I always knew we were in good hands with Victor.

Nick C.

A leader is someone who not only leads, but inspires, unites and instills confidence in their followers. Victor has shown all those attributes and more. His leadership qualities shined even brighter in times of uncertainty. His calm and cool nature is always welcoming and I appreciate that about him.

In the nonprofit sector, leading a $30M education initiative to improve student and family outcomes in San Francisco.

Leading the operational side of a redesign of capitalone.com which resulted in millions of dollars in PV and co-invented a web component that received a patent.
